It's a new day for the treatment of childhood cancer and blood disorders. In 2001, the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital began treating children with cancer and a wide range of blood disorders. It is the only St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Affiliate Clinic in the Carolinas, and the only pediatric Oncology Clinic in the Southeast area providing children with access to both St. Jude and Children's Oncology Group clinical trials. That means world-class care is available closer to home.

The mission of Wounded Warriors Family Support is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The families of our casualties suffer in many ways: some physically, some psychologically.
B.R.A.K.E.S. Teen Pro-Active Driving School is a free, defensive driving program. The school is designed for teenagers, ages 15-19 (16-20 in NC) who already have a learner’s permit or driver’s license and have at least 30 hours of driving experience.
The Palmetto Women's Center empowers women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Rock Hill, South Carolina. We provide accurate information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach.
Nourish Up (formerly Loaves & Fishes/Friendship Trays) nourishes our neighbors with food and compassion, providing groceries, meals and hope through a network of 35+ food pantries, grocery home delivery and as the primary Meals on Wheels program for Mecklenburg County. In 2023, Nourish Up provided groceries to 137,806 people – the highest in our 48-year history.
